INTEGRIS Health, the largest health system in Oklahoma and one of the state’s largest private employers, seeks a finance executive to serve as the system’s Vice President, Revenue Cycle Operations.

The Vice President, Revenue Cycle Operations (VP, RCO) is a critical finance function in providing the strategic leadership and operational management to support the organization’s existing and growing clinical service lines. The VP, RCO has organizational responsibility for revenue cycle performance, health information management and patient access for INTEGRIS acute care hospitals; INTEGRIS medical group; INTEGRIS Home, Health, Hospice and Infusion Services and INTEGRIS Health Partners, a growing clinically integrated network. The VP, RCO will lead initiatives to enhance the existing RCM platform and infrastructure through operational improvements; mentor and develop senior RCO leaders and staff to foster a culture committed to customer service excellence; and lead the RCO team in the integration and optimization of an electronic platform to promote efficiencies and decrease waste.
Success as a finance healthcare executive leading a high volume and top performing revenue cycle division for a regional or national healthcare organization is desired. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, mentorship and management of a high functioning team, and a strong track record of career performance are essential. A Bachelor degree is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
